Yasmin holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Washington and is a licensed Washington state social worker. She is well-versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. Yasmin takes an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each client.
Throughout her career, Yasmin has been recognized for her exceptional skills in counseling, case management, and crisis intervention. She is known for her empathy, patience, and ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and address their challenges. In her spare time, Yasmin enjoys traveling, hiking, and is actively involved in prenatal support for women of color, domestic violence shelters and National Association of Social Workers. Yasmin is passionate about social justice and is dedicated to continuing her education and professional development to better serve her clients and community.
